Med Spa Renovation
Full Redesign
When Nate, the owner of Ready Now Wellness, approached us, he was transforming his existing office space into a full time med spa and needed the design to match the level of care his clients would receive inside it. The space required a complete renovation from the ground up, including a new reception desk, three treatment stations for med chairs, updated lighting throughout, and a redesigned waiting area that would set the tone the moment clients walked in. The goal was to create an environment that felt calm, professional, and welcoming, somewhere clients would want to return to week after week.
We started at the entrance with a statement mural wallpaper that immediately signals this is a different kind of medical space, more spa than clinical office. Throughout the space, we brought in updated furniture and a collection of sculptural mirrors, each with its own organic, wave like edge, adding softness and visual interest to the walls without competing with the treatment areas. New lighting fixtures were selected to create a warm, even glow that supports both the procedures performed and the relaxed atmosphere clients expect from a med spa visit. The result is a fully functional, beautifully designed space that Nate now runs as a successful weekly practice, proof that a well designed environment can be just as important to a client's experience as the treatments themselves.
